Refund Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for PrepyAI paid subscriptions, which are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record.

1. Free plan

The Free plan does not require payment. There is nothing to be charged for and nothing to refund.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Recommended and Practice Wizard) are recurring subscriptions, billed in advance through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Each subscription renews automatically at the start of every billing period until you cancel. Charges are made in the currency shown at checkout (currently US Dollars, USD), and any applicable tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy.

3. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time — through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (linked from your receipt and billing emails) or by emailing us at prepyai26@gmail.com.

Cancelling stops the next renewal so you are not charged again. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; it is not cut off immediately.

4. Refunds

Charges already made are non-refundable. Cancelling prevents future charges; it does not refund the current billing period.

Because a subscription gives you immediate access to AI-generated content and consumes real model and compute costs as you use it, we do not provide refunds or credit for the current or past billing periods, for partial periods, or for unused AI credits.

If you no longer want to be billed, cancel before your next renewal date as described above.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under mandatory law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, which provides a cancellation (cooling-off) right for many online transactions. Where the law requires us to offer a refund or to honour a statutory cancellation, we will do so, and that right takes precedence over the general rule above.

6. Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you were charged in error, billed twice, or believe there is a mistake on your invoice, contact us at prepyai26@gmail.com promptly with your account email and receipt. We will investigate and correct genuine billing errors, including issuing a refund where one is due.

7. Chargebacks

If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it quickly. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised; changes apply to purchases made after they take effect.
